Read a book titled, A Cool Summer Tail, by Carrie A. Pearson. We will discuss important facts and notice the question-and-answer structure of the book.
Read other summer themed books, including The Night Before Summer Vacation, by Natasha Wing and Blackout by John Rocco.
Review irregularly spelled words.
Play a Jeopardy game to review concepts we learned throughout the year.
Participate in Heggerty Phonemic Awareness lessons.
