Learn the letter-sound correspondences for the long vowel teams ai, ay, and oa, where the two vowels make the long vowel sound.
Read Snails Big Adventure, by David Earl. While reading, we will notice the author’s choice of interesting words. We will also infer the character’s feelings and infer the meaning of events from the character’s perspective.
Read a poem titled Snow, Snow, Fly Away
